Table, a new restaurant from the owner of Blue in uptown Charlotte is located in the thriving Ballantyne area. The space, originally designed for mercantile, has been customized and restructured to suit the needs of a high-end restaurant.
Taking cues from the glamorous era of Art Deco, Table features a contemporized approach that conveys a sense of history and tradition. Notable design features include two custom 18-foot glass wine towers containing sparkling fiber optic “curtains,” a 500-square foot mezzanine with steel and acrylic railings and an eight-foot long Carrera marble cheese table.
McAllister, working with Little Diversified Architectural Consultants, maintained the preconstruction budget throughout the project and completed the restaurant on schedule, exceeding the owner’s expectations.
