Jamie Yoxtheimer has never been one to shy away from hard work.

“I’ve always enjoyed a challenge,” says Jamie.  “This is a tough business that is physically and intellectually demanding – and I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

A ten-year veteran of the commercial construction industry and a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, Jamie is known for his non-stop work ethic and incredible attention to detail – particularly during preconstruction planning.  His portfolio of work includes multi-family condominiums, office buildings and healthcare facilities.

“It’s my job to forecast all aspects of a job – from budgets to materials and potential problems that may arise down the road,” says Jamie.  “With more than $150 million of construction experience, it’s safe to say that we understand this business.”

As a project manager for McAllister’s Ground-Up Division, Jamie is responsible for the oversight and direction of the entire construction process, including communication with contractors and architects, leading the project workforce, forecasting costs and overall preconstruction and project management.
