Gregg McAllister loves competition.  An avid athlete since he was a child, Gregg has always enjoyed the teamwork of construction and the satisfaction of seeing immediate results and success.

“Our knowledge comes from years of experience in developing and building our own projects,” says Gregg, co-founder of McAllister.  “When you adopt strategies and standards to create success for yourself and then uphold them for clients, you have a clear cut advantage over the competition.” 

Gregg is responsible for the Real Estate Development Division of McAllister.  He has managed more than 50 projects over the past decade ranging in scale from $35,000 office upfits to $10 million multi-family buildings.  His attention to detail and financial knowledge have helped him build the business to what it is today.  But it’s his down-to-earth nature that keeps clients coming back.
