Subcontractor Warranty - Sample

 

Instructions:

• All Subcontractors are required to complete and submit two signed copies of the Warranty Letter upon job completion.
• The letter must guaranty workmanship for one year prior to the substantial completion date.
• No retainage will be released until the Warranty Letter and all Operation and Maintenance Manuals (if applicable) have been received by McAllister, no exceptions.
