Somebody has to keep everyone else in line, the paperwork up to date and the office in order.  For McAllister, that person is Eleshia Fee. 

“I’m here to make life a little easier for everyone in the office,” says Eleshia.  “I’m very fast-paced, and I thrive on the intense nature of this industry.”

Eleshia also keeps track of McAllister’s able team of subcontractors as well as everything from insurance information and permits to the preparation and transmission of new project information for bidding purposes.  In addition to her organizational skills, Eleshia also projects an upbeat attitude, making everyone around her smile.
