Citispace 2010 South Tryon Street

A two-story office condominium and showroom project, Citispace is located in what once was an industrial center of Charlotte.  The building draws from the roots of the location, offering a mix of wood, steel and concrete with office and showroom space that is contemporary within a traditional structure.

We want to be good stewards of the environment and designed our space to LEED certified. To McAllister's credit, they were completely onboard with our LEED friendly design and supported us 100 percent on what we wanted to accomplish.
