It is with regret that after 10 years in business, McAllister has decided to close our operations effective December 31st, 2011. Significant changes within the construction industry, primarily in the Charlotte market, have lead us to this decision. A disproportionate amount of project under-funding, significantly extended project durations, and late or non-payment of clients have all had direct, negative financial impacts on McAllister and our vendor partners.

Our primary goal now is to properly closeout projects for our clients, while getting our subcontractors/vendor partners payment for their work.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience, or unfortunate circumstance, that may arise from our ceasing of business operations. We are grateful for the relationships we have developed over the years, and are proud of the work we've completed in Charlotte Region. We wish the very best for ALL those we have encountered in our business, both now and in all future endeavors.
